Pokémon Go Luminous Legends Y Part 2 event guide: Field Research and rewards

Part 2 of the Luminous Legends Y event has started in Pokémon Go, bringing more fairy-type Pokémon out alongside the release of Sylveon. Luminous Legends Y Part 2 takes place from May 25-31. In this Pokémon Go guide, we’ll list out all the different types of research tasks you can get and list the other perks that the second part of the Luminous Legends Y event has to offer.

During the event, Pokémon like Eevee, Ralts, Spritzee, and Swirlix will be spawning more often in the wild. Pokémon like Igglybuff, Togepi, Azurill, and Cleffa will be hatching out of any seven kilometer eggs obtained during the event period. (The dark-type spawns and Timed Research from the first part of the Luminous Legends Y event are all still happening, too.)

To celebrate players taking down lots of Team Go Rocket grunts, we’re also getting tripled XP from catching Pokémon and the release of Shiny Galarian Zigzagoon.

In Pokémon Go, Sylveon is also making its debut during this event, so you can evolve your Eevees into the fairy-type evolution.
