Pokémon Go added Flabébé, Floette, and Florges, flower Pokémon from the Kalos region. This Pokémon line has a more confusing evolution line, which means you’ll need to do more than collect candy to evolve Flabébé into its final form, Florges. To evolve Flabébé into Floette, you just need to use 25 Flabébé Candy. You can get Flabébé Candy from catching Flabébé and you can use Pinap Berries to increase how much candy you get per catch.
To evolve Floette into Florges, you need to earn 20 buddy hearts with the Floette, in addition to 100 Flabébé Candy. This means that you will need to set your Floette as your buddy and battle with it, feed it treats, and walk with it. After earning 20 hearts (which will take two days), you should be able to evolve your Floette into Florges, provided you have the candy.
Your Flabébé and Floette will retain its colors when it evolves. If you evolve a blue Flabébé, you will get a blue Floette and so forth.
In mainline Pokémon games, Floette usually evolves into Florges using a Shiny Stone, but since Pokémon Go doesn’t use traditional stone evolution methods, it makes sense that it has something a little more complex.
