Pokémon Go is hosting its TCG Crossover Event to coincide with the release of the upcoming trading card collaboration. The event increases the spawns of popular Pokémon, introduces Wimpod to the game, and brings Mewtwo back to raids. Wimpod makes its Pokémon Go debut

The event runs from June 16-30, making it a pretty long one. Notably, this event reduces the cooldown of the Mystery Box to two days and allows Meltan to appear Shiny, so if you don’t have a Shiny Meltan yet, now is your chance.

Wimpod is also making its Pokémon Go debut, and it requires a whopping 400 candy to evolve, so make sure to Pinap Berry any you see.
