Until Aug. 1 at 4 p.m. ET, Pokémon Go players will be spotting more notable Team Rocket Pokémon in the wild as part of an event.

Ekans and Koffing will be spawning at a higher rate with a chance of the two to be Shiny. This introduces the Shiny forms for both of those evolution lines, but it’s unknown if the Shiny rate for the two are boosted.

Pokémon like Rattata, Ekans, Sandshrew, Zubat, Meowth, Machop, Magnemite, Grimer, Gastyle, Drowzee, Cubon, Koffing, Murkrow, Sneasel, Houndour, and Poochyena will also be hatching out of eggs during the event period, so take advantage if you need candy for those ‘mons.

Raids during this event period will also feature “Pokémon that we believe are significant to Team GO Rocket,” according to the official news announcement, though it’s unclear which Pokémon will show up for sure. We’ll update when we find out which Pokémon are showing up.

This event lines up with the new Special Research Tasks that launched this morning, along with the ability to battle Team Rocket at Pokéstops in order to catch Shadow Pokémon to purify.
