Niantic has added a new egg type to Pokémon Go: the Strange Egg.

Strange Eggs can be obtained from beating Team Go Rocket leaders in battle, and only contain dark- or poison-type Pokémon. The eggs can also have Pokémon that evolve into dark- and poison-types.

These eggs need to be walked a whopping 12 kilometers in order to hatch once placed in a regular Incubator. But luckily there’s an event going on right now until Oct. 19 that will cut down the required walking distance by 75%. This means you’ll only have to walk four kilometers to hatch the egg during the event, and even less if you put it into a Super Incubator.

As of right now, these eggs have Pokémon like Larvitar, Scraggy, Trubbish, and Vullaby. Silph Road researches have confirmed that alongside Vullaby, Pawniard and Sandile are also making their Pokémon Go debut through these Strange Eggs. The elusive dragon-type, Deino, is also available to hatch from Strange Eggs, making them definitely worthwhile.

Here’s the full list of Pokémon that hatch from Strange Eggs right now:

  • Pawniard
  • Vullaby
  • Sandile
  • Trubbish
  • Scraggy
  • Larvitar
  • Deino
  • Absol
