Prey guide: ‘Talos Smuggling Ring’ walkthrough and drop point locations

There is a surprisingly easy-to-miss body in the Arboretum that will uncover a smuggling ring operating on Talos 1. The corpse of Lily Morris is on the right side of the hall leading into the elevator lobby (see the image above). Loot her corpse for a TranScribe that explains their plans. The smugglers have six drop points around the station — every one has at least a neuromod inside. To complete this objective, you’ll have to find all six.

When you learn the way they hide their smuggled goods (it’s behind fake smoke alarms), you could walk around the entire station, whacking every smoke alarm, or you can read our handy list below. There are screenshots and maps for every location.

A quick note: For some of the drop points, you’ll have to use a blob of GLOO to climb up and reach the safe.

Arboretum

The first stash is right above Lily’s head in the . Hit it three times with your wrench to open it.

Crew Quarters > Fitness Center

There’s another in the Fitness Center in Crew Quarters. As soon as you enter the Fitness Center, turn right and look in the upper corner of the wall.

Talos 1 Lobby > Employee Orientation

The third is in the Talos 1 Lobby. Take the elevator down and head over toward the bathrooms. The safe is high on the wall in the hallway on the other side of the Employee Orientation room.

Talos 1 Lobby > TranStar Exhibit

There’s another in the lobby right inside the TranStar Exhibit. It’s on the wall to the left of the door as soon as you walk in.

Hardware Labs > Atrium

From there you can continue on to the Hardware Labs. The safe is behind the statue on the second floor of the Atrium.

Cargo Bay

The final safe is in the cargo bay, on the far wall of the first room you entered during "Shipping and Receiving."
