In Prey’s "Treasure Hunt," you learn that Abigail Foy was a good game master. She had handouts and notes and even a real-world reward for her players. During "Gathering Echoes," when you get access to her personal computer in her cabin (it’s in Crew Cabins B in Crew Quarters), you’ll find an email about a treasure hunt and a utility that asks for a four-digit code from her players.
You can enter the code as soon as you get there, but if you don’t put in the work, the reward you get is actually a penalty. The Game Master’s Ire v1.x fabrication plan is for a suit chipset that will decrease the yield of recyclers, reduce your speed when crouched and make your flashlight batteries deplete faster.
If you go through all of the steps — finding all eight of the things listed below — you’ll instead get the Adventurer’s Toolkit v1.x fabrication plan. This allows you to fabricate a suit chipset that increases recycler yield, crouched move speed and the life of your flashlight batteries.

Zachary "Hordinbaffle Flagdasterous" West
Find Zachary West’s map
Zachary’s treasure map is likely the first one you’ll find. It’s on his body right outside the door to Deep Storage in the Arboretum. You loot his corpse at the end of "Detour."
Investigate Hordinbaffle’s map
Hordinbaffle Flagdasterous’ map is an area in the back left corner of the Water Treatment Facility in Life Support. The "3" you are looking for is painted on the wall below the Monitoring Station. You’ll be right nearby during "Reboot."
Elias "Captain Stabfellow" Black
Find Elias Black’s map
Elias seems to be the only player who came prepared to game night. His treasure map is on the table where the Fatal Fortress session was being played in the Recreation Center. You probably picked up one of Danielle’s voice samples at this same table during "Gathering Echoes."
Investigate Stabfellow’s map
Captain Stabfellow’s map leads to a nearby area — the fabricator room over to the left of the Yellow Tulip. There is a very faded "6" on the wall to the left of the fabricator. You’ll be near here during "Gathering Echoes" and this objective
Emma "Rosalyn Swift" Beatty
Find Emma Beatty’s map
You’ll pick up Emma’s treasure map from her body (dead or alive) — she’s one of the mind-controlled humans in the Fitness Center just before you get to the pool. You’ll be here during "Gathering Echoes" or when you pick up the "Danielle Sho" optional objective.
Investigate Rosalyn’s map
Rosalyn Swift’s map will lead you to Cargo Bay B. Look for the "5" painted on the wall in the back left of the GUTS Loading Bay. This cargo bay is the primary location for "Shipping and Receiving."
Danielle "Melindra Shadowcorner" Sho
Find Danielle Sho’s map
Investigate Melindra’s map
Melindra Shadowcorner’s map takes you to the Fuel Storage area near the Shuttle Bay. You can get here through GUTS. There is a "1" painted on the wall just to the right, at the top of the grav lift. This is a weird area — not much of the game leading up to this point has brought you here. You’ll be relatively close during "Shipping and Receiving," but you’ll explore the rest of GUTS earlier during "Detour."
Enter the code
When you’ve found all four numbers — 1, 3, 5 and 6 — head back to Abby’s computer in her cabin in Crew Quarters. You just have to enter the digits into the utility tab. The problem is, they don’t seem to be in a discernible order. Entering 1365 worked for us, but your mileage may vary (we’ve seen 3156 published elsewhere). If the obvious guesses don’t work, start through this list of the 24 combinations until one works: 1356, 1365, 1536, 1563, 1635, 1653, 3156, 3165, 3516, 3561, 3615, 3651, 5136, 5163, 5316, 5361, 5613, 5631, 6135, 6153, 6315, 6351, 6513, or 6531.
When you get it right (hopefully before too many tries), you’ll download the fabrication plan for either the Game Master’s Ire v1.x or the Adventurer’s Toolkit v1.x suit chipset and complete the objective.
If you’re in a rush to fabricate the chipset and install it, there are two fabricators nearby. One is in the kitchen — where you first met the imposter cook during "The Cook’s Request" — and the other is upstairs next to the Yellow Tulip — where Captain Stabfellow’s clue was.
