After raising the boards with Time Vision, you'll be able to access a ledge on the upper level of the chronon container room. Before proceeding along the ledge, run to the very bottom of the stairs to collect another upgrade.

As you work your way around the upper level of the chronon container room, watch for your Time Vision icon to start glowing as you near a hole in the floor. Drop down to find the chronon source.

Interact with the "Rexes" sign at the back of Will's lab, and it will disappear. (To find the sign, go through a door at the back after you see a vision of Will and Paul arguing. The sign is under the stairs.)

When you reach an outdoor spot where the objective is leading you into a tent, turn right instead and walk through the outdoor area until to reach the elephant graffiti on the wall. Here, you'll find your next chronon source.
