In this guide, we’ll how you how to find every Force Essence secret on Bogano, Zeffo, Kashyyyk, Dathomir, and [spoiler]. You’ll get a boost to your Force reservoir bar for every three you pick up, so the 12 secrets below will earn you four upgrades.

Bogano Force Essence secrets locations

There are two Force Essence secrets to find on Bogano. You can collect the first one early in the game, but the second will have to wait until you have a (slightly) later-game ability that we’ll name in its section.

Bodgo Sinkholes Force Essence secret

In the Bogdo Sinkholes, turn right and jump on the pipe. Walk toward the spinning fan and use Cal’s slow ability to get through it. Keep using slow, and platform your way across the horizontal blades to get Force Essence.

Abandoned Workshop Force Essence secret

With Force push, you can make your way into the Abandoned Workshop via the bridge from the Great Divide. Inside, you’ll find a big room with a secret inside. Walk up to it to get a Force Essence upgrade.

Zeffo Force Essence secrets locations

There are five Force Essence secrets to find on Zeffo. You can only collect the first without any of your Force powers, but the others will require late-game abilities that we’ll name in their sections.

Tomb of Eilram Force Essence secret

During the Tomb of Eilram, you’ll find yourself in a room with a ball rolling around in a square. Solve the puzzle by using both wind blasts on the side to balance the ball between them, and then turn on the jet in the back of the room to push the ball into the socket. This will raise a section of the floor, and reveal a Force Essence upgrade.

After you’ve obtained Force Push, go back to the long, broken hall to find a Force Essence hidden inside the cave wall. Push the bomb into the wall to open it.

Broken Wing Force Essence secret

With BD-1’s Overcharge, make your way to the Crash Site and the leftmost island. Climb up onto the structure and up to the electrical panel. Use overcharge to lower the barrier and squeeze through the crack.

Follow the path, turning the electricity on and off, and cutting any wires you see to stop the flow of electricity. When you reach the end of the Broken Wing, head up the elevator and grab the Force Essence. Turn on the power and leave.

Tomb of Miktrull Force Essence secret

On the bottom floor of Tomb of Miktrull’s main room, there’s a door to the right of the lantern wall. Grab a lantern and go inside. Before you do anything else, take the lantern, look above the gate, and chuck it through the hole. Then Force pull the rope and attach it to the anchor. Kill the goat on the other side, walk through, and grab the lantern. Throw it at the roots, and climb up to get more Force Essence.

Venator Wreckage Force Essence secret

On your way up in the Venator Wreckage, you’ll reach a high point with a long vine swing across a chasm. Instead of swinging across, grab the vine and swing left. Jump up to the small opening and grab some Force Essence.

Kashyyyk Force Essence secret locations

There are three Force Essence secrets to collect on Kashyyyk.

Imperial Refinery Force Essences

In the Imperial Refinery, you’ll come to an area with stormtroopers fighting some giant, spider-like wyyyschokks. Climb up the ledge along the left side — there’s a stormtrooper shooting down into the area here. Follow that walkway through a narrow passage to find this secret on a ledge over where you can fight the Albino Wyyyschokk (giant, white spider).

Toward the end of your first visit to the Imperial Refinery, you’ll free the imprisoned Wookies. Right above where you go into the control room to fight the stormtroopers and security droid, there’s a pipe that leads the opposite direction. Make your way along this pipe and Slow the two spinning fans to reach this secret.

Forest Trench Force Essence

You’ll see this secret much earlier in the workshop near the Cargo Pad. This is where you pick up the overcharge upgrade for BD, but you won’t be able to grab it until you have the powered zipline upgrade.

Dathomir Force Essence secret location

Witches Horn Force Essence
