Tickets for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, which closes out a nine-film, 42-year saga this December, go on sale this Monday. The final trailer for the film will air at halftime of Monday Night Football, after which you may hold your seats for the flick.

Fans can grab their ducats through Fandango and other online brokers. The film premieres Dec. 20, 2019. Presales are increasingly a big thing driving high-season Hollywood blockbusters; This year’s Avengers: Endgame racked up $120 million in ticket presales, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens also pulled nine figures before it opened in 2015.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker closes out this decade by resolving — one hopes — the questions of Rey’s parentage, Kylo Ren’s humanity, and the future of a free galaxy. Still, things looked pretty grim for the good guys when Star Wars: The Last Jedi faded to black in 2017.

Disney’s sci-fi swashbuckler will be preceded by an Electronic Arts video game — Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order — launching Nov. 15 for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
