In Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town, you can change your clothes, hair, and other features after upgrading the town a bit.

After settling in on the farm, the mayor will come to you with a request on or about Spring 12. (The date that the mayor comes to you with the new requests may vary, but these are the dates that he showed up when we played.) He wants to expand the town, adding new shops to the noticeable empty spot in town. He says that to start construction, he’ll need some materials.

The request board in Town Hall will be updated with three town requests. To unlock the salon and clothing shop, you only need to fulfill one of them. You can submit five lumber, five iron ingots, or five cloth.

The day after you submit the materials, the shop will open, allowing you to exchange thread and fabric for different clothing styles, as well as change your hairstyle.

On or about Spring 26, the mayor will appear again, asking to expand the salon. Similarly to the first time, three requests will appear in Town Hall and you’ll only need to complete one to unlock the expanded salon. You can submit 30 mortar, 5 silver ingots, or 5 flexible cloth.

Once you submit these, the salon will expand, and Jeanne will move to Olive Town to run it. She can change your skin tone, eye color, and other physical features you picked at the beginning of Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town.
