In this guide, we’ll show you where to find the collectibles in The Evil Within 2’s twelfth chapter, “Bottomless Pit.”
The Evil Within 2 is full of things to discover, seek out, find and collect. Some of them are useful, like ammo pouches or locker key statues (those knee-high statues scattered around). These get you something immediately(ish) helpful in your journey through Union. The other things you can pick up are just purely collectible. They’re not useful except to satisfy your completionist urges.
Chapter 12 ‘Bottomless Pit’ collectible locations
The Evil Within 2 Chapter 12 has one ammo pouch, one file, one slide and one mysterious object to pick up. You’re in Theodore’s Domain again, so there’s no map this time.

As you head toward Lily’s voice, there are a pair of huge statues ahead of you on either side. Both have items to pick up (and zombies to fight), but the one on the right has a handgun ammo pouch at its base.

When you open the gates and walk through to the (creepy-ass) tricycle, turn a little to your right. There’s a burning statue on the other side of the crooked wall ahead of you. The file is on the altar at the base of the statue.

After lots more trudging through Theodore’s Domain, many murdered zombies and a really, really disturbing cinematic, you’ll wake up in Sebastian’s house. Head straight out the door to Lily’s room ahead of you — it’s the one that is decorated. The slide is on the cabinets on your left.

Leave Lily’s room and head toward the stairs, but don’t go down yet. Open the door that’s right at the top of the stairs, and you’ll find the mysterious symbol inside.
