Once Nora frees you, follow her down the stairs to the food court that Ellie cut through on her during Seattle Day 2 (Ellie). By the cash register at the bakery counter, find the Washington Quarter.

Annex Letter Artifact location

Ground Zero Artifact 1 of 5

After parting ways with Nora, walk through the oncology center and exit to your left. Follow the hallway until you see the green “The True Importance of Medicine Management” sign. Then turn right and crawl under the barricade into the room, where you’ll see a corpse in front of you with the Annex Letter artifact.

Soldier’s Letter Artifact location

From there, head down the stairs to the next level, then drop down one more. There you’ll see a corpse with a satchel next to it. Pick up the satchel to find the Soldier’s Letter artifact.

Chapel Note Artifact location

From the Soldier’s Letter Artifact location, turn around and walk diagonally to find the chapel. On the altar, you’ll find the Chapel Note artifact, a back-and-forth paper message between two survivors.

Patient’s Note Artifact location

Walk past the red tarp that says “Ambulance Drop Off & Check-In” and break the glass to find a patient’s room. At the foot of the bed, find the Patient’s Note artifact from Don Carter “to whom it may concern.”

Doctor’s Note Artifact location

Ground Zero Artifact 5 of 5

When you come across “RECOVERY” in a black box on the green tarp, turn right to enter a room with a black, white and yellow “WARNING!” sign on the wall. Once inside, look to your right to see a countertop with a letter on it, the Doctor’s Note artifact.

Workbench location

From the Doctor’s Note Artifact location, climb over the counter and through the window. Once through, turn left and enter another room, where, straight ahead of you, you’ll see a workbench.

Hawaii Quarter Coin location

After falling through the vent with the grayish purple infected, proceed to a parking garage. Break the window to the attendant’s booth to find the Hawaii Quarter.
