Reverse-Flash has concerns for the future of Central City in the first clip from season 3

Everything is not coming up Barry

The CW is gearing up for the return of The Flash tomorrow night, and ahead of the season three premiere, the network shared the first clip from the upcoming season.

In the video above, Reverse-Flash tells Barry that if he continues to live in the alternate universe that he set up for himself at the end of last season, there will be serious repercussions for both him and his loved ones. Of course, Reverse-Flash can be seen scarfing down some Big Belly Burger, which fans of the show will appreciate, while sitting in the cell he was left in by Barry.

The creative team behind The Flash confirmed earlier this year that the first few episodes of the show’s third season would focus on Flashpoint, the comic that kicked off the New 52 in the DC comics universe. During that specific arc, Barry goes back in time to prevent his mother from dying, and in doing so, changes the entire course of history for most of the superheroes in the DC universe. While The Flash can’t address all of those heroes — the CW still doesn’t have the rights to Batman — there should be some crossover play with Supergirl and Arrow.

The Flash returns Tuesday night at 8 p.m. ET on the CW.
