BoJack Horseman season 3 trailer is here

“What’s next for BoJack?”

Samit Sarkar (he/him) is Polygon’s deputy managing editor. He has more than 15 years of experience covering video games, movies, television, and technology.

The BoJack Horseman season three trailer, which Netflix released today, finds the titular horse-man on the verge of serious-actor stardom for his performance as Secretariat. So why is he still sad?

It seems from the trailer that the third season of BoJack Horseman will delve into that question and many others, including whether BoJack actually wants to win an Oscar and whether he is, as Princess Carolyn puts it, "the biggest, dumbest piece of shit in the world."

BoJack Horseman’s 12-episode third season debuts July 22 on Netflix. The show stars Will Arnett, Aaron Paul, Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie and Paul F. Tompkins.
