On the day that BoJack Horseman’s third season premiered, Netflix announced that the darkly funny animated series about a depressed, washed-up actor will return for a fourth season.
The news came this morning in a tweet from the official BoJack Horseman account:

A Netflix representative confirmed the news to Polygon, but said that the company doesn’t have any further details at this point, like how many episodes the season will run for or when it will be released. Every season of BoJack Horseman has premiered in the summer.
BoJack Horseman stars Will Arnett, Amy Sedaris, Alison Brie, Aaron Paul and Paul F. Tompkins. For more on BoJack Horseman, check out our roundup of the best TV of 2015 to see why we named it as one of our favorites last year.
