Season 4 of Rick and Morty is just around the corner. At long last, the duo returns for more wacky interdimensional adventures.
The third season of the popular Adult Swim show concluded in 2017. SInce then, fans have waited eagerly for more, clamoring endlessly on social media about Pickle Rick, “wubba lubba dub dub!” and other staples of the show. A clip out of San Diego Comic-Con showed Morty and his father harassing Glootie, an alien app developer voiced by Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi.
The new trailer highlights some of the hijinks that Rick and Morty will get into this season. There are floating hover chairs, buff alien security guards, a showdown between Summer and Beth, and the return of Mr. Poopbutthole. That’s just the tip of the interdimensional iceberg.
Rick and Morty returns to Adult Swim on Nov. 10. But don’t worry; co-creator Justin Roiland says that the gaps between seasons won’t be as long going forward.
