Uncharted 2: Among Thieves ‘Heart of Ice’ treasure locations guide

In this Uncharted 2: Among Thieves guide, we’ll help you find the six treasures in Chapter 18 “Heart of Ice,” part of the PS4’s Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection.

We’ve organized our guides by chapters. To find the chapter name, press the Options button and select Load Game from the pause menu. The name of the current chapter (but not the number) appears on the bottom line of the most recent save in the Load menu.

There’s no map in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, so for each of the collectibles below, we used photo mode to zoom out and give you some context surrounding the treasure locations. Use the images to make sure you’re in the right area and the added arrows to help you find your way.

Mandala Thogchag treasure location

Inside the temple, after a bit of climbing and jumping, both you and Tenzin will pull some levers and lower sets of three rotating drums. Climb across to the third drum — the one farthest from where you entered the temple. The Mandala Thogchag is at the very top of the third drum on one of the wooden panels that knock you off, so you’ll have to grab it carefully.

Dipa Oil Lamp treasure location

The room after the drums is full of huge gears. As you maneuver through them, you’ll end up jumping from a horizontal gear to a hanging rope. On the rope, swing to the right to find the Dipa Oil Lamp on a ruined wall. You can grab it while swinging, so don’t jump off the rope.

Tibetan Flint Lighter treasure location

Just after the Dipa Oil Lamp, you’ll end up near some more horizontal gears below. Drop off the edge of the first gear on the right side, and ride it around under the ledge you started on to grab the Tibetan Flint Lighter.

Bronze Dorje treasure location

After you pull the second lever and climb down the ladder to a new gear-filled area, you’ll do a lot of platforming and climbing. On the far side of the room from where you entered, there’s a huge gear set into the wall. When you get to the far side — the side going up — ride this gear to the top, and hop off onto the beams. Cross the beams to other side of the room. You’ll be over where you entered the room at this point. The Bronze Dorje is on a small platform here.

Tibetan Ceremonial Axe treasure location

When you’re back on the gear side of the room, ride the two vertical gears up to the horizontal gear. Use the pole to swing across to a ledge. From that ledge, look back at the cave’s wall. The Tibetan Ceremonial Axe is on the statue. Shoot it off, and then jump over to pick it up.

Trigram Thogchag treasure location

As you approach the huge statue at the end of chapter, shoot the Trigram Thogchag off the top of its crown and pick it up as you enter the room beneath.
