Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus is a wild-ass game that came out on Hell Day, Oct. 27.
Of course, I had to find out the questions that people were googling about it, so that I could answer them in my extremely helpful video series, SEO Play.
What I learned was shocking. Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus is actually a remake of an 1883 sonnet by Emma Lazarus. Why MachineGames decided to adapt this sonnet rather than continue making original content is a question that may never be answered, not even by me.
I do take this opportunity to explain the meaning behind The New Colossus, as well as whether or not it is still relevant today.
