How many OSHA violations are in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate?

Asking the questions no one else cares about

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is comprehensive in a few ways:

  1. It has every character from past games.
  2. It has nearly every stage from past games.
  3. It has broken pretty much every code set forth in standard No. 1926 of the United States Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

In Unraveled, I try my best to investigate the minutiae of large video game series, holding them to account when others might say, “It’s just a video game, Brian. Please. Go to sleep.”

But who can sleep when there are dangerous stages putting beloved Nintendo characters at risk? I went through every single Super Smash Bros. Ultimate stage with a fine-toothed comb, picking out each and every OSHA violation, and at the end, I presented the wonderful Masahiro Sakurai with a bill for his crimes.
