Faking a murder in Assassin’s Creed Origins

Pat and Simone frame themselves for a crime they didn’t commit (correctly)

Most video games task you with killing people, and Assassin’s Creed Origins is no exception. Not all games, however, are quite so particular about how and where you kill people. When a bit of that classic Ubisoft open-world jank gets in the way of our contract killing, we’re forced to get creative and frame ourselves for a murder we committed wrong the first time.

Game Ogre is a biweekly series that we’re forced to do because of an ill-advised theft of wizard gold. Our executive producer, Tara Long, is hoping that by making videos about our pain, we will learn to be better and more generous people.

Called a “comedy” by some, it’s actually a story about two people who are really sad to be forced to spend time together playing video games. Think about that the next time you start to laugh at one of our stunts.
