You already have a camera

Jeffrey Parkin (he/him) has been writing video game guides for Polygon for almost seven years. He has learned to love just about every genre of game that exists.

In this Watch Dogs: Legion guide, we’ll explain how to complete a Photographic Evidence borough uprising activity. You’ll find a few of these scattered around your map as you turn more and more of London into defiant boroughs, but the process for successfully completing them is unclear.

Every character has a camera

The simple trick to completing Photographic Evidence uprising activities is realizing that you always have a camera with you — the game just doesn’t make that clear until you play a certain mission.

Hold down on the D-pad (on a controller) to pull up your Abilities wheel, and then press Square/X. That’s it.

In your mission to get all of London to rise up against Albion, you’ll do several Photographic Evidence borough uprising activities. In these activities, you’ll infiltrate an Albion location and look for a specific piece of information to take a picture of.

This is really as simple pulling up your camera and pointing it at the thing. Your HUD will tell you when your target is in view. Take your picture, and you’ll complete the activity.
