Watch Dogs: Legion is all about people with different skill sets coming together to defeat a common enemy. To that end, many of the game’s achievements and trophies focus on using a DedSec member’s unique abilities to accomplish a specific goal.

For example, to earn the Down to the Wire Watch Dogs: Legion achievement and trophy, you must perform five stealth takedowns with a Professional Hitman character. Here’s how you can recruit the Professional Hitman Skilled Operative and where you can easily pick up five easy stealth takedowns.

Recruiting the Professional Hitman Skilled Operative

Getting a Professional Hitman is simple, if not necessarily easy, and requires completing the Nine Elms Borough Uprising which culminates in “The Black Hole of Battersea.” Once you have completed this quest, you will be rewarded with the Professional Hitman, a character who boasts a pair of powerful guns, a combat roll, the ability to do Gunkata takedowns, and a fierce hatred of Albion that helps them do extra damage when they’re up against Legion’s privatized police force.

Unlike Drone Operatives and Living Statues, it doesn’t appear that there are locations where Professional Hitman are especially likely to appear in the wild. That doesn’t mean that you can’t recruit one from off the street. We can report scanning one near Furzton Tower Block in Camden. But you’re much better off recruiting the Professional Hitman through the Nine Elms Borough Uprising, and then immediately going for this achievement and trophy in a location where you can easily pull it off.

Speaking of which, the Palace of Westminster is a fairly safe place to secure your takedowns. The wide courtyard, to the east of DedSec HQ, hosts six guards to start, and they’re all fairly spaced out. The laser alarm by the entrance doesn’t cover the entirety of the gate, so you can sneak in undetected. From there, it’s a matter of watching each guard’s patrol patterns, and then striking when they’re furthest away from the other guards. If you want to be extra safe, it may be worth investing in the AR Shroud ability, which, for 35 Tech Points, allows all your operatives to hide unconscious or dead NPCs.
