Watch Dogs: Legion is all about teamwork. So, who better to add to your team than recruits who already love team sports?

The Power to the People Watch Dogs: Legion achievement and trophy requires that you “have your followers neutralize a total of three Albion Guards.” At first, this achievement and trophy may seem confusing. What does it even mean by “followers?” The answer lies with the humble Football Hooligan. This character class can summon three friends to come beat up Albion goons at a moment’s notice.

In this Watch Dogs: Legion guide, we’ll walk you through unlocking the Football Hooligan Skilled Operative, recruiting a backup Football Hooligan, and using your followers to neutralize Albion thugs.

Unlocking the Football Hooligan Skilled Operative

To unlock the Football Hooligan Skilled Operative, you need to complete the Islington and Hackney Borough Uprising. Complete a series of objectives marked in red, and you’ll unlock the “Fight or Flight Plan” mission. Completing this mission will cause the borough to turn defiant, and reward you with the Football Hooligan Skilled Operative.

Recruiting a backup Football Hooligan

Football Hooligans tend to show up in bars. The timing may vary from game to game, but we can confirm that we’ve spotted recruits with the Football Hooligan occupation in The Drowning Post in Tower Hamlets and The Golden Rivet in Islington and Hackney. We’ve also seen other reports that they can show up at Crosier and Cherry Tree in Camden.

As we discussed in our Skilled Operatives guide, the Football Hooligan is one of the most interesting character classes in the game. They can drink a beer, get drunk, and then do increased damage with an alcohol-activated passive. More relevant here is their ability to call in a group of pals to absolutely wreck anyone who stands in their way.

This group of followers can attack enemies for you, and using the left bumper, you can tell them which to target. It’s best not to pick a fight with a heavily armored Albion guard, because your followers don’t have huge health bars and will be outmatched. Instead, target individual Albion guards on the street, or to knock the achievement / trophy out quickly, attack a restricted area like Albion Station Camden, where there are multiple low-level Albion guards.
