There are six pairs of 3D glasses in Political Detention Area 4. They’re labeled 3D glasses 31-36 in the Collectibles menu, and we’ll use that numbering below.

There is a large trench and shantytown in the middle of this area’s map. In the middle of our map above — the half closer to the North Side Metro in the east — look for a yellow umbrella on the second story of the shanties. The glasses are under it.

3D Glasses 32 // Panzerhund

In the northeast corner of the Outpost on the second floor, there is a room locked with an Elektrokraftwork door. Open it to find these glasses on a chair at the table.

In front of the laser bus where you’ll open the path to the Brother 2 Underground, there’s a burned-out car. These glasses are underneath that car.

To the southwest of the tower, there are some stacks of shipping containers. Just to the south of those, there is a small hallway — this is a one-way door on your first visit, so you’ll have to go the long way around. These glasses are on a desk right inside the door.

Just before you reach the Brother 2 Gate, there’s a small sewer running under the street. Look inside the pipe on the west side for these glasses.

3D Glasses 36 // Protohund

Head north from the trench toward the Outpost. Just through the alley, you’ll find a Political Detention Area Underground entrance on your right. Drop through and navigate to the other exit. You’ll climb out inside a shack overlooking the trench. Grab the glasses, and then shoot the lock to get back outside.

There are six Cassette Tapes in Political Detention Area 4. They’re labeled Cassette Tape 12-17 in the Collectibles menu, and we’ll use that numbering below.

Head inside the guard bunker just west of the trench gatehouse. This cassette is sitting on the windowsill (that you have to climb through to reach the west half of the map).

Inside the Outpost on the second floor, look for the room with the pool table and the jukebox. This cassette is on a table by the door.

Enter the trench gatehouse on the north side of the trench in the middle of the area. On the first floor, head to the southeast corner for this cassette.

To the southeast of the laser bus, look for a small room sticking off of the main area. You’ll have to use Crush through the door. This cassette is on the bed.

Along the top of the trench’s south side — right below where you can climb into the building to head toward the laser bus — this cassette is on the ground behind a wall.

As soon as you come out of the South Side Metro (which is oddly in the northwest), there is a bus blocking your path. This cassette is by the driver’s seat.

Political Detention Area 4 Concept Package locations

There are two Concept Packages in Political Detention Area 4. They’re labeled Concept Package 7 and 8 in the Collectibles menu, and we’ll use that numbering below. Each of them is locked inside a Gestapo crate, so the first thing you need to do is find and decode Floppy Disk 11.

To the southwest of the tower, there are a couple piles of shipping containers. Look for one on the second level of the stacks that has an ajar door. Jump up and shoot the padlock peeking through the ajar door. Head inside to find Concept Package 7.

In the northeast of the Outpost on the second floor, find the room with bunkbeds where you pick up Readable 37. Next to the door, over the top bunk, you’ll find a clock. Interact with the clock to open a secret door down the hallway.

Exit the room and turn left. The room will be on your right at the end of the hall, just a few steps away. Open the Gestapo crate inside for this Concept Package.

On the west side of the map, find the tower. You’ll need the Dieselkraftwerk to get inside. (If you don’t have it, play the Bother 2 raid mission.) Blow open the door to find this floppy disk.

As you head toward the trench from the confusingly named North Side Metro in the east, you’ll enter a building. Climb up to the apartment (where you pick up Readable 40), and this floppy disk is on the desk. This explains how to reach 3D Glasses 36.

There is a guard bunker on the west side of the street just before the Brother 2 Gate. You’ll need the Laserkraftwerk (or a Laserhammer) to get inside. This disk is on the ledge along the lefthand wall.
