There are seven pairs of 3D glasses in Victory Boulevard. They’re labeled 37-44 in the Collectibles menu, and we’ll use that numbering below.

3D Glasses 37 // Flatbed

Look for a cafe on the street opposite the garage’s yellow gate. These glasses are on a table along the street.

3D Glasses 38 // Welder Unit

Inside the garage, on the first floor, head to the west-most corner. These glasses are on a workbench there.

Inside the checkpoint on the west side of the map, head to the second floor. Look for these glasses on one of the robots hanging on the wall.

Head to the courtyard where you find the Victory Boulevard Bunker entrance. There is a Dieselkraftwerk door to the southeast. Blow it open and you’ll find these glasses on top of the shelves inside.

3D Glasses 41 // Sichtsoldat

Head to the apartments overlooking the Victory Boulevard Bunker courtyard — in the northeast, near the Brother 3 Gate. Look for a stack of crates and ammo in a room along the east side. These glasses are on top.

Just east of the Brother 3 Gate, look along the north side of the road for a balcony you can climb up to — it’s likely next to a sign for Hotel Zentrum. These glasses are on a chair in the northwest corner.

In the alleyway that leads south and west away from the playground, look for these glasses in a dumpster along the south wall.

Head to the apartments overlooking the Victory Boulevard Bunker courtyard — in the northeast, near the Brother 3 Gate. In the first floor hallway, look for the elevator shaft in the northeast. These glasses are in the debris inside.

Head inside the checkpoint on the west side of the map. This tape is on a bench along the north wall.

Head northwest from the North Side Metro (in the southeast of the map). Stick to the right of the half wall and look for a shuttered Nini Bretzel shop. Shoot out the window on the left side to grab this tape.

Head down into the South Side Metro entrance (in the northeast corner of the map). This tape is on a table along the southern stairs.

There are two Concept Packages in Victory Boulevard. They’re labeled 9 and 10 in the Collectibles menu, and we’ll use that numbering below. Each is located in a Gestapo Crate, so you’ll need to find and decrypt Floppy Disk 16 before you can collect them.

In the garage, on the first floor, look for a Elektrokraftwerk-shuttered door. This crate is right inside.

Just past the garage’s yellow door, head up the stairs to the top floor. Look for this floppy inside a filing cabinet in the computer room in the southeast.

Climb up to the apartment over the store that overlooks North Side Metro. This floppy is sitting on some crates along the northwest wall.

Just to the northeast of the crashed drop ship, look for the small guard booth at the south end of the Nazi checkpoint (it’s got a KONTROLLPUNKT sign over the top). This note is on the desk inside. (You can also get in by dropping through the hatch from the walkway above.
