The free games available to Xbox Live Gold subscribers in May were announced on Monday, and include Marooners and The Golf Club 2019 featuring PGA Tour.

Marooners is a multiplayer party game that lets players compete in various minigames either online or via local multiplayer. The Golf Club 2019 is 2K Sports’ officially-licensed golf simulator, with a new career mode following the player through various golf tournaments and events.

The two backward compatible Xbox 360 games in this month’s lineup are Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon, and Comic Jumper: The Adventures of Captain Smiley. The former is the fourth game in the Earth Defense Force series, which is the first to feature an online co-op mode. The latter is a very meta adventure game in which a comic book superhero jumps into different graphic novels to learn how to fix his own series.

Here’s the May 2019 Games with Gold release schedule:

Xbox Live Gold subscribers can still pick up games from April’s lineup, including Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2. Xbox Live Gold normally costs $9.99 per month (or $24.99 quarterly, $59.99 annually), but new subscribers can get their first month for $1.
