How to find Zuna Kai shrine: Speak with Jerrin at the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab, and she’ll tell you about a shrine near a skull-shaped lake. That gives you The Skull's Eye shrine quest.

Zuna Kai shrine is located in northeastern Hyrule, in the Akalla Tower region. Head northwest from the Akkala East stable to reach Skull Lake. There is a large stone column rising from one of the "eyes" in the lake. Get to a high vantage point from the bank. Glide from the vantage point, a large outcropping, over to the stone column. How to solve the Zuna Kai shrine puzzles and find the treasure chests

1. Start forward through the shrine to find a treasure chest.
2. Open the chest to obtain the Flameblade.
3. Head for the exit, meet Zuna Kai and collect your spirit orb.
